Yoga offers a non-competitive environment to challenge you inside, outside (and sometimes upside-down.)  You can be young or old, flexible or inflexible, athletic or non-athletic.  The primary pre-requisite is a willing heart.

With regular yoga practice you will gain an appreciation for some obvious and not-so-obvious reasons.  The benefits of your practice may be visibly public or intensely private.

Yoga is experiential!  You must try it to learn pranayama and asanas to revive a tired mind and over-worked body.
